Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customised or special-order products

  • Consumables (e.g., lubricants, adhesives) once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@techtamar.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to the address below:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@techtamar.com

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products only.
If you wish to exchange for a different item (not due to defect), please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.


7. Items Lost or Damaged in Transit (Customer Returns)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
