Thank you for shopping with Tamar Trader. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store, which operates on Shopify.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In the event of high order volume or stock delays, processing time may be extended. If so, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and courier rates.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimated timelines provided by carriers and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or shipping volume.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • UPS

  • DHL

Carriers used may vary depending on order size, location, and shipping method selected at checkout.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized or heavy tools may require special delivery arrangements.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes in certain countries due to courier restrictions.

  • Certain hazardous or restricted items may be limited to domestic shipping only.

If any restriction applies to your order, we will contact you promptly.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tamar Trader is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  2. Provide your order number and any available tracking details

  3. For damaged items, include photos of packaging and product

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
